American actor Shameik Moore was hailed as a breakout star of this year's Sundance Film Festival for his role in Rick Famuyiwa's Dope, which was sold to Open Road and Sony Pictures in one of the festival's biggest deals.

The 19 year old garnered much attention for playing Malcolm - a smart, overachieving high school senior who finds himself unwillingly involved in a drug deal - with some of the top US agencies vying to sign him. Moore recently inked with ICM Partners, home to names such as Michael Keaton, Patrick Stewart and Samuel L Jackson. With experience as a series regular on Cartoon Network's Incredible Crew under his belt, he has also dabbled in the music industry, and counts singing and dancing among his talents.
